Is the shipping free?
Yes, we provide free shipping worldwide.
When will I receive my item?
Production time ranges from one to three weeks, depending on the complexity and details of the design. The estimated time frame of transit is 7-14 business days.
Can I change or return my item?
We do not offer refunds as all pieces are bespoke and custom-made to order. Items are eligible for buy-back exchange only in India and Hong Kong, provided they are returned in a saleable condition. A refund of 50% to 60% will be considered, depending on the reason for the return.
