• Each piece of our jewellery is custom-made to meet your specific requirements and requests. The production time ranges from one to three weeks, depending on the complexity and details of the design.
• If additional production time is required, our specialist will contact you directly via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of the management of Shree Suktam Diamond.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• We ship via FedEx, Dpex, Aramex, USPS, and India Post, selecting the most convenient and available option for your location.
• Once the shipment is dispatched, a member of our customer service team will provide you with the tracking details.
• The estimated time frame of transit is 7 - 14 business days.
• For secure and timely delivery, please provide your complete address, including the area pin code.

• We do not offer refunds as all pieces are bespoke and custom-made to order.
• Items are eligible for buy-back exchange only in India and Hong Kong, provided they are returned in a saleable condition. A refund of 50% to 60% will be considered, depending on the reason for the return.
• Exchanges may be sent by courier to our Hong Kong office at the buyer's expense or can be made in person at our Hong Kong office.
